Foundrly is an AI engine built for service-based small business owners. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, and what we do with it.

What We Collect and Why
We collect personal information on our website and in the Foundrly mobile apps (iOS and Android):
Free Business Analysis Report
Name, email address, company name, company size, and company location
Purpose: To generate and deliver your personalized business analysis report
Newsletter Signup
Name and email address
Purpose: To send you product updates, industry insights, and Foundrly news
Pre-Call Discovery Survey
Name, email address, company name, company size, and company location
Purpose: To understand your business and prepare for our introductory call
Mobile account (Sign in with Apple or Google)
Name, email, and the identifier the provider shares with us
Purpose: To create and sign you into your Foundrly account on the app
Photos and camera
Photos you choose from the library or take in-app (storefront, work, listing photos)
Purpose: To refresh your Google Business Profile and overnight drafts. We do not access the camera or library until you tap those controls.
Push notifications
A device push token (Apple APNs or Firebase / Expo)
Purpose: To send overnight and product alerts you opted into. You can disable this in iOS/Android settings.
Google Business Profile
Listing data you authorize (name, address, hours, photos, posts, reviews) via OAuth
Purpose: To scan visibility, draft updates, and publish the overnight work you approve
We collect only what is needed to run the website, the mobile app, and the Google workflows you turn on.
Legal Basis for Processing (GDPR)
If you are located in the European Union or United Kingdom, we process your personal data on the following legal bases:
Consent – You actively opted in by submitting a form on our website. You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting us at info@getfoundrly.com.
Legitimate interests – Where we use your data to improve our services in ways that do not override your privacy rights.
How Long We Keep Your Data

All processors are contractually required to handle your data only as directed by us and in compliance with applicable data protection laws.

If you are in the EU/UK and believe we are handling your data unlawfully, you have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
Data Security
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
Mobile App and Account Deletion
The Foundrly iOS and Android apps are part of the Platform. In addition to the collection above:
You can schedule account deletion in the app (Profile → Delete account). We keep a short grace period so you can cancel. After that we delete the account and associated listing data from our systems, and we email the address on the account.
Subscriptions bought through the App Store or Google Play are billed by Apple or Google. Cancel those in the store account settings; deleting Foundrly does not always end a store subscription on its own.

Changes to This Policy
If we make material changes to this policy, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
